SEM, SEO, PPC, Ecommerce Marketer

We have an immediate opening for an SEO, PPC, ecommerce UX specialist equipped with the experience and proven track record to make an impact out of the box and drive our SEM program.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum two years of experience running digital marketing campaigns including search engine marketing, SEO initiatives, affiliate marketing for ecommerce websites, including Amazon Marketplace and eBay Motors.

Primary Requirement:

Must have the ability to elevate and maintain search ranking; increase visitor traffic, sessions and conversion rates and revenue by leveraging efficient digital marketing channels. Must be able to consistently demonstrate command over KPI implementation, data analysis, optimization techniques and A/B testing. Will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, budget formation and present to executive management for approval.

Successful candidate will be a take-charge leader, who can work independently and also manage group teamwork and cross-department collaboration with confidence. Must have the ability to think both strategically and analytically and have a strong desire to learn and grow professionally, with a hunger to learn and stay on top of emerging industry technologies, best standards and practices.

This career role will support the growth of our expanding ecommerce business and will be responsible for executing day-to-day campaign optimization strategies for our SEM, SEO, and affiliate marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, has strong search marketing skills, an affinity for data and campaign analysis and is motivated to incorporate their expertise into growing our business.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitor, analyze and optimize PPC campaigns, including search, display, remarketing, and shopping campaigns for Google Ads and Bing platforms-
  • Execute day-to-day affiliate program management such as creating and sending email newsletters, affiliate recruitment, updating and tracking promotions, and fraud management-
  • Maintain and analyze daily and monthly reporting for SEM, SEO and affiliate channels-
  • Identify and execute new campaigns to drive incremental traffic within a target ROI/ROAS-
  • Track, manage and report channel work to an identified goal-
  • Collaborate with the Digital Content Manager to forecast performance, discuss strategic planning and execution for presentation to executive management-
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to influence marketing and promotional plans, annual budgets and strategic planning-
  • Conduct data analysis to optimize campaigns and uncover growth opportunities-
  • Make, research and provide recommendations to marketing governance, sales, product development and production teams to increase campaign opportunity and success-
  • Conduct and monitor keyword performance, opportunities and competitive analysis-
  • Monitor SEO performance and ranking through third-party website admin console, Google Analytics and other analytic data resources-
  • Optimize on-page SEO for ecommerce and content sites-
  • Recruit, report and manage relationships with social affiliates and web-based influencers-
  • Contribute content ideas for the development of new campaigns that are compelling, creative and reach new targets-
  • Create and execute A/B testing for creative, bidding, promotional and landing page tests-
  • Product feed optimization, bid management and troubleshooting support for shopping campaigns-

To be eligible for consideration you should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or Communications preferred.
  • 2-5 years of PPC campaign management experience (Google Ads & Bing).
  • 1+ year of affiliate program management preferred.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience with bid management, both manual and automated.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with an acute eye for errors.
  • Ability to take initiative and stay in tune with industry trends, changes and opportunities.
  • Exceptional work ethic and a passion for our company mission.

Additional Skills:

  • Google Ads certified preferred.
  • Ecommerce experience preferred.
  • Shopify or Magento experience a plus.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Editor, Google Search Console, Amazon marketplace and eBay Motors brand management preferred.
  • Amazon PPC: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Google AdWords: 2 years (Preferred)

  • This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
